Employment Traditions provides business solutions for employers through the following: PEO(Professional Employer Organization).

PEO stands for Professional Employer Organization. Originally referred to as employee leasing, PEO is a more accurate description of today's companies which assume all of the human resource administration duties for businesses under a co-employment arrangement.

Employee leasing as it exists today really began in the U.S. in the late 1970's and early 1980's to fill a vital need for small businesses. Any business owner today will readily admit that his business would probably operate more efficiently and profitably if his time and energy weren't so preoccupied with government paperwork and regulations.

A PEO eliminates this headache by assuming the responsibility for all of these functions and much more, leaving the business owner with more time to manage his business. The PEO company becomes a co-employer of the employees of a business which enables it to pay taxes and administer human resource rules more effectively. The business client continues to hire and manage employees just as before.

In addition to eliminating all payroll, government reporting, insurance, and administration worries, the PEO may be able to negotiate better rates and terms for employee benefits. This enables the business to attract and keep the best qualified personnel.

Employment Traditions has positioned itself to take advantage of this rapidly growing new industry by developing the systems necessary to acquire and service our expanding client base. State of the art, custom designed software for payroll preparation and administering employee benefits enables Employment Traditions to efficiently handle hundreds of employees with minimal in house personnel.

A co-employment arrangement in which the PEO handles the time consuming but necessary administrative tasks of being an employer. This allows business owners to focus on the real reasons of why they went into business.
